As an NASM certified health & fitness professional & nutrition coach. I help busy men and women over the age of 30, combat the aging process through fitness, nutrition and stress management.

I am also a professional basketball player & skills coach of 14 years. I am experienced and certified in sports performance enhancement & corrective exercise specialist.

No Excuses Training began in 2018 but was previously named “Me vs. Me Fitness” which started in 2012. I began pursuing personal training during my professional basketball career. I was always super skinny and dealt with a few injuries that kept me off the floor. I hated that I could never put on size. I was insecure about my frame and wanted to change especially for my sport. During that process I became obsessed with learning about the human body. How it was designed to move, its structure and all of its wonders. I also learned how to prevent those injuries that kept me off the floor. I began to put on noticeable size which boosted my confidence and added another dimension to my game. I was hooked! From that moment on, all I wanted to do was share all of the info I obtained with other people, and potentially help them with fitness goals that they were struggling with.

Creating positive daily habits requires a little patience, trust and accountability. Simply possessing the information to create a healthier lifestyle means nothing if you don’t apply it. Nothing Changes…If Nothing Changes. By being mindful and intentional about our daily decisions, we will build positive, sustainable habits that can delay the aging process & improve your overall quality of life.

One of the main reasons why people fall off the wagon is too many restrictions. We tell ourselves that we will go from a life of indulgence to super strict, overnight. It’s just not practical. Your journey has to fit your lifestyle. Our success is entirely dependent on Understanding What Works & What Doesn’t Work For YOU! Purposeful, intentional living without all the restrictions is our key to sustainable results.
